Malian Foreign Minister Tieman Coulibaly and a government delegation will arrive in Ouagadougou on Sunday (December 2nd) for peace talks with rival Touareg separatist groups, AFP reported.
Burkina Faso President Blaise Compaore, the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) top mediator for the Mali crisis, will meet with the officials ahead of the Monday mediation dialogue.
